Emilio Gonzalez

Executive Chief Officer
Emilio Gonzalez joins BT Investment Management as Chief Executive Officer in January 2010.
Prior to BTIM, Emilio was the Group Executive of Global Equities at Perpetual Limited. Prior to this, Emilio was Head of Australian & Global Equities at Perpetual where he was also in charge of national wholesale distribution.Previously Emilio was Chief Investment Officer at Perpetual for six years. During this time, Perpetual’s funds under management grew from $13 billion to a peak of $30 billion and the team grew to 60 people.
Emilio served on the Board of the CFA Institute for seven years and was the first Australian to chair the CFA Institute in the 2008 financial year.
Emilio holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) degree from the University of Wollongong and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Cameron Williamson

Chief Financial Officer
Cameron Williamson is responsible for the overall financial operations and reporting of BTIM.
Previously Cameron held CFO responsibilities at Clairvest Group, a mid-market private equity group in Toronto, as well as progressive finance roles with Franklin Templeton and CIBC World Markets in Toronto, UBS in the UK and KPMG in Adelaide.
Cameron is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and holds a BA in Accountancy from the University of South Australia.
Phil Stockwell

Chief Operating Officer
Phil Stockwell has responsibility for the commercial operations of BTIM, including operational risk, product management and development, client services, technology and human resources.
Phil has had a diverse professional career in distribution, corporate strategy and operations. Previously he was a management consultant with McKinsey and Company in Sydney and New York, and KPMG in Brisbane.
Phil holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and Bachelors degrees in Commerce and Economics from the University of Queensland. Phil is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
Martin Franc

Head of Sales & Marketing
Martin joined the funds management business of BT Financial Group (now BT Investment Management) as Head of Sales & Marketing in 2006. Martin’s major responsibility is the management of the Institutional and Wholesale Sales teams.
Prior to joining BT, Martin was responsible for the sales and marketing activities for Putnam Investments in Australia & New Zealand. Martin began his professional career in the investment management industry with Bankers Trust in 1994.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (ASIA) and is a Fellow of FINSIA (F Fin).
Brian Wright

Head of M & A and Strategy
Brian Wright joined BT Investment Management in January 2009 and is responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy. In March 2010 Brian was also appointed Acting Head of Alternative Assets.
Previously, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of MMC Contrarian Limited. Prior to this, he worked for three years at Hedge Fund Red Centre Capital holding various roles including Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer. These roles encompassed financial responsibility of the company and all operational aspects including oversight of the Fund risks.
Brian was at Bankers Trust from 1990 to 2003. He initially held the position of Operations Manager for Equity and Currency derivatives in the Investment Bank. In 1995 he moved to funds management where he was the Business Manager for Currency & International Bonds, and in 1997 became the Business Manager for the Australian and International Equity business.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
